2 months until NaNoWrimo.
Current word count on the draft is:
Plotwise so far: Heroine's family has been kidnapped. Heroine was helped by magic helper via a birthday present and now she is well on her way to fleeing the Council Goons who have been sent to stop her, find whoever is doing this and kick some ass.
Metrics: If I keep plodding along like this I'll be done the first week of October. Thankfully, there are several thousand K to be added to Act 2 once I reach the end of Act 1.
Beta Readers: Will need some, soon. Any volunteers?
